I was appalled by the dirty kettle in my room, not to mention the lack of hot water in the sink. After all that, you'd think a complimentary drink would have been offered, but nope, no special treatment at all. If only they'd attended to details, perhaps my review would have been more positive.

We enjoyed exploring Nairobi with our two sons, especially our visit to the Giraffe Centre, where we fed and took pictures with the giraffes. The staff's effort, and they were eager to help us navigate local attractions.

In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

We loved the comfy beds and reliable WiFi. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. We took personalized excursions to the Giraffe Centre and David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, both lovely. Breakfast options were also great, giving a nice start to our busy days!

The room I stayed in was really quiet. Cleanliness was great! The staff allowed me an early check-in, greatly appreciated. I enjoyed a good view of the garden from my room that complemented my relaxing experience.

The hot water took time to reach the perfect temperature, a bit inconvenient.
